I love potatoes served in many different ways. And patates yahni is no exception to the rule. Patates yahni is the name of the traditional Greek potato stew recipe. This is a dish you should definitely try if you are a potato lover.

Patates yahni is healthy, cheap, and easy to make. As my kids also love this, it is an absolute family favorite. Ideal if you are a vegetarian, this patates yahni recipe requires the following ingredients: potatoes, onion, olive oil, garlic clove, carrot, canned tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.

This patates yahni recipe serves 4 persons. It takes around 20 minutes to prepare and one and a half hours to cook.
