Baked Feta - Ingredients

  • 250 g of feta cheese cut into two rectangular pieces.
  • 1 tomato, cut into slices, cut.
  • 1 green pepper, cut (optional)
  • Greek olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Bukovo
  • Aluminum foil, two pieces to cover the cheese pieces.

Baked Feta - How to make

  1. Start this baked feta recipe by washing well the vegetables before cutting them.
  2. Allow the vegetables to dry.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
  4. Take one piece of feta cheese and put it in the center of the aluminum foil.
  5. Place the cut vegetables on the feta cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and bukovo.
  6. Pour with some Greek olive oil, and wrap the aluminum foil.
  7. Repeat the same process for the other feta cheese piece. 
  8. Place into oven and bake for around 30 minutes.
  9. Serve.
