Strawberry Frozen Greek Yogurt

Why buy frozen yogurt from a store when you can make this strawberry frozen Greek yogurt at home with this easy recipe? Not to mention how much healthier this frozen yogurt is in relation to the frozen yogurt you can get from a store. What I like most with this strawberry frozen Greek yogurt recipe is that it doesn’t have sugar at all as you can replace it with stevia. Stevia is a natural sugar substitute that has zero calories and does not affect your glycemic index. In addition to this, I always like using zero fat Greek yogurt. This means no additional fat and of course more protein intake! You can store this frozen yogurt in an airtight container for around 1 week. Easy, delicious and healthy. What else could you ask?

  4. Taste to see if additional stevia is required. Add to taste.

  6. You can spoon the frozen yogurt into a tall, upright plastic container to place in the freezer.
  7. In case you are not using an ice cream maker, take a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.

  9. In any case, seal bowl tightly.
  10. Place bowl in the freezer for around 30 minutes.
  11. Take out and stir with a fork.
