Green Tea Smoothie Recipe – Ingredients

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 11⁄2 cups of hot water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia (or honey)
  • 1⁄2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup of zero fat of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice

Green Tea Smoothie Recipe – Instructions

  1. Place tea bags in a big glass.
  2. Bring water to boil and add it to glass
  3. Steep tea bags in hot water for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Allow it to cool.
  5. Throw away the tea bags.
  6. Place the tea in the blender.
  7. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  8. Blend until it becomes smooth.
  9. Serve right away.
