Baked Potato Fries Recipe

A couple of weeks ago, I took my daughter to one of her friends so they could play. Before leaving a had a chat with her father while he was preparing lunch. I was curious to find out what he has cooking as the smell was wonderful. He shared with me this baked potato fries recipe. He even gave me some potatoes to try. I couldn’t believe how something so simple could taste so delicious!

I always had a dilemma when it came to potato fries. They are so delicious, but so full of oil fat because of the way they are cooked. So, I had been trying to find a healthier way to make them without compromising taste. I have even bought a fryer which needs only two oil tablespoons for frying. The result is delicious but still, there is something missing. So, I decided to give a try to this baked potato fries recipe. It is easy, delicious and healthy. I have tried to keep it as simple as possible. Luckily enough, my family literally loved it!
