  • 500 g of flour
  • 8 gr pf yeast
  • 150 gr. of lukewarm water
  • 100 gr. of corn oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 200 gr. of Greek feta cheese 
  • a little oil for the pan

Tiropsomo - How to Make 

  1. Start this tiropsomo recipe by dissolving the yeast in water with the sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil and continue stirring.
  3. Add the flour and knead until we have a soft dough.
  4. Oil the surface of another bowl and place the dough.
  5. Cover the bowl with a towel and allow it to double in volume.
  6. Add the grated cheese to the dough
  7. Fold the edges of the dough inwards and knead
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and oil the baking pan.
  9. Place the dough over the baking.
  10. Coat the surface of the feta cheese bread with some olive oil.
  11. Bake the tiropsomo at 180 ° for about 40 minutes until it gets a nice golden brown.
