Kreatosoupa: A Traditional Greek Meat Soup With Beef

Kreatosoupa (κρεατόσουπα in Greek) is the name of the traditional Greek meat soup with beef. This delicious soup is ideal for any cold day of the year. This makes it one of the most favorable winter Greek soups. To make it you need the following ingredients: beef, carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, zucchini, rosemary leaf, olive oil, salt, and pepper.  I suggest you add the olive oil when you are almost done with the cooking. This way the olive oil keeps all its nutritional value. In case you like your soup to be spicier, you call always add some red pepper!

This kreatosoupa recipe takes around 45 minutes to prepare and almost 2 hours to cook. It serves 4 persons.
