  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 tablespoons of flour or corn flour
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated (optional)

  1. Start this easy bechamel recipe by taking a pot and add the butter.
  2. Bring to medium heat and allow butter to melt.
  3. Add the flour.
  4. Stir with a wooden spoon until butter and flour become a unified mixture.
  5. Quickly add the milk. Continue to stir so that the mixture does not curdle.
  6. Continue to mix until you get a unified mixture.
  7. When it is boiled, lower heat and allow it to simmer.
  8. Stir until the sauce is thick.
  9. Remove pot from heat and add the salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  10. Allow to cool down.
  11. Take a bowl and beat lightly beat the eggs.
  12. Pour eggs into the pot. Mix with quick moves. Continue mixing until sauce is smooth.
